Yummy.

I baked my own batch of brownies today. It's easy, mainly cuz Crystal taught me how to bake em 2 weeks ago, when Jon and I went over to her place.

I went over to Baker's Mall before starting out today's baking adventure (I call it an adventure, cuz I'm that inexperienced in baking). There are many little interesting trivia that I've learnt, like sugar comes in a standard size, but baking powder and cocoa powder sizes may vary. I also learnt that there are high quality butter used for eating, and lower quality ones used for baking (Mum taught me that one).

The brownies turned out great despite me not adding vanilla essence. The texture this time was awesome compared to the 1st time I baked it with Crystal, cuz I mixed everything too smoothly last time. I could improve alil on the taste tho, I'd prefer if it'll be a little less salty, and a little more sweet. 

Simple baking (as in really simple and basic) is fun. Really.
